It's a new city for Jeka, so maybe S&S will be the local managers and he plans to open more apartments there (I hope). If it's a large city he may be able to start a few more apartments and use this one for 'auditions'. It seems very strange to choose such a large apartment with only 1 bedroom.

I use GifCam to capture and then use ScreenToGif to edit if required, and then just drag 'n' drop the file into camcaps - the display scales quite nicely.

I started using GifCam after it was suggested by @StnCld316 (thanks), and I think it is brilliant.
