Just wondering ..... what "long time understanding" ?   between who?     How would you know what the landlord wanted or did not want?  Not attacking, just curious of your source of info, especially sense the apartment was UM for weeks. (no conversations)

So ..... Elli dumps her boyfriend ..... meets a new guy the next day ...... no "lets go for coffee", no "lets meet for a drink", no "lets have dinner together", no dating at all. Just "come over to my apartment and lets fuck"
