It looks like they have locked out viewing the free cams for non members on RLC as I and a number of others have noted.

The message displayed on the screen basically requires viewers to subscribe to be able to see the cams again.

Clearly they don't want people to see the site unless paying, but potential customers wont be able to see it either.

I only saw her crying, then arguing with him, then she attacked him and went mental, he slapped her back and tried to push her away, and got a bit rough with her and she kept coming back for more trying to hit him still.

Not a fan of Lima, she resembles a drugged up Lyndsey Lohan, and Malena has a sour face until she smiles, the small brunette is nice though.

I saw the before the bedroom scene.  Suzan was alone on the couch. Her body English suggested she was upset.  Hector went into the kitchen which seemed to agitate Suzan. She started yelling at him.  He didn't reply much. She stood up on the couch and screamed at him and started throwing things. He came over and started picking up some of the things.  Eventually they were nose to nose yelling until she slapped him a couple times.  He pushed her down onto the couch and walked away.  She threw the clothes rack on the floor and went into the bedroom.

She was mad at him for something and what I saw she was the one that got that fight started.

I don't think the other guy is the issue.  Hector and him were fine after the fight.  They hung out together and he helped bandage Hector's hand.

I saw that too, not being a premium member I missed the fight in the bedroom, but the two guys, although they sat silently together in the lounge room after, didn't seem upset with each other.

They must have noticed the complaints, today it's back up to speed.

Probably only needed a clean up.

I've noticed their servers have slowed down, and they get worse when more viewers are watching the same cam. They really need to upgrade their servers.

I think it is a RLC server issue with not enough bandwidth allocated.

I'm in Australia too and notice cams freezing or stuttering when there is action in a room. When there is no one in a room the cams work fine probably due to less users viewing that cam. It's the only explanation I can think of as I have no issue with any other site and just installed a new router and configured it also.
