    I watched this apartment yesterday for quite a handful of times to get the perspective where it is heading and it's not looking positive. That's why i asked whether all three of them visit CC or not. I don't want them to do full blown sex shows. Atleast stay in the apartment, socialize, have a good talk with each other. Eleonora is the one i like so far but i can see her telling both Elvina and Zoe pretty soon that they need to keep their things in order. They don't clean themselves up after.

    Obviously Ulyana set this up right after her vacation ended so that she can start preparing for her next vacation.     I agree with you "end of the month bonus" means tenants leaving it that late so to earn maximum money at that time so they are secure for the start of the month, gradually spending and then do the same again at end of the month and cycle continues. This is norm in everyday life. That's why most people on her wait for the end of the month parties because that's how these tenants operate most of the time for their own financial stability.

    That is why it is called end of the month bonus because most tenants leave it to that time to actually do something big to earn big money at the end and start the month with pockets full, it's just like any other normal job. Getting paid at the end. The term just happen to be used is end of the month bonus.

    Well they were on vacation most of the week but your point is valid. We see bates from tenants on regular basis all over the month, it's not about that but the tenants who are not expected to be doing something most of the times does it at the end of the month. So many examples.
