    As much as i agree with this, some subscribers will still find out about the actual reasoning since many follow these girls on SM and judging by how Kaya talks openly and is everywhere in the villa, she would spill the beans in messages as well.

    Agree with this, a 3 month stay is more than sufficient for girls. But it can't be feasible since RLC have to keep finding girls whether new or former tenants after every 3 months.

    Barcelona apartments and the villas have their own lure and many people subscribe to watch these, believe it or not. Take them out and they will lose subscribers. RLC did really well to keep it going after closure of Russian apartments and Russian apartments back then were very popular.

    Back in 2020, a couple joined RLC (now Angel's apartment), they were called Asia and Hakeem. They were a couple only for the sake of name on the project but actually they didn't know each other or lack thereof. Basically, Asia was a nice girl, cute as well and it seemed like she was willing to work it out somehow but it never materialized. Hakeem was one of the worst male tenants, never cared about Asia and to make matters worse, he would bring in prostitutes in the house to fuck them while Asia was in the bedroom, sometimes when Asia wasn't in the apartment. Asia and Hakeem did fuck some times as well but Hakeem behaviour was disgusting and that was humiliating for Asia. I don't remember well but i think Asia left first and apartment was named only "Hakeem" then for some time, maybe i am wrong with that. But Asia 100% deserved better, not only Hakeem humiliated her with his actions but he didn't even care for her.

    I am not a huge fan of Gelia but she is very interesting to watch in things she does and also speaks English so that's a bonus. Another horrible decision by the management. Unless both Gelia and Liora broke some code of conduct set by the higher management, kicking them out can hardly be justified.

    Kicking Liora out has to be the biggest own goal scored by RLC this year. Pathetic and ridiculous decision to say the least. One of the few girls who get what is like to be in the project and keep it entertaining. Will hugely miss her when she leaves. The site is becoming less and less interesting. Wish i could turn back the time and go to the 2018-2020 era. Tenants like Kelly, Ulyana to name a few stays but the ones who does things are shown the door. Disappointed but not surprised.

    Totally destroyed B7 with that single move, well done RLC. Absolutely atrocious decision once again. I hardly watched B5 previously because of the unattractive tenants they had there, now they moved one of the couple to B7. Whimsy and Aquaman as well here. B1 closed. B2 partially watchable. B7 totally unwatchable. B4 only watchable because of Liora and Kaya. Liora leaving too.

    Girls like Esmi, Ulyana, Zabava reside in this project while the ones that bring in some sort of excitement gets shown the door. That Liora decision is baffling if true.

    Same. Azura is watchable to an extent. Whimsy i have only seen like her 10 times and haven't got me moved. Oceano another useless tenant.

    Well, i am not that of a huge fan of Gelia but she does bring in entertainment and there are atleast 10 tenants who should leave before Gelia anyway. As for Liora, what a ridiculous decision to let her go (if true).

    I think Kaya's best asset is her blowjob skills. She can really do a deepthroat. As for her personality, i think when she first arrived it was more in the negative than what she is now. She has changed for good step by step in every month. At first she wouldn't clean after herself, would bitch about other girls etc., Also, 90% of the things that happens in villas (sexually) is due to Kaya or her subordinates.
