She left Tver with Ivo. Maybe Ivo has a car and drives with her to a doctor or a hospital.

She took some rubel and somekind of a card and left the app, after she talked to her mom (she said "Mama" again, so I think it was her mom). I guess she's on her way to a doctor. Edit: she's in Tver now.
