    Agree, again. It's not the lack of presence here, that's the problem, but the lack of quality when they are there. The replay function let's you skip the empty parts, no problem.

    Agree. But why is that? Obviously one reason is money as Noldus pointed out. The pay is low = more profit, but there must be other reasons for this currently very boring B4. RLC management is not that stupid, so they must have some big problems in hiring quality.

    In the RLC setup, it's all about the characters. Whether reality show or sex in any form, it's all about the right cast. Why is management having such a hard time with that. There are girls in B4, but are they worth to watch.

    According to this thread, yes for sure, it's so boring. But as a business, not so sure, because if they make money, they are more clever in figuring things out, than us. So the question is: What's going on.

    Off topic: Cycling: La Vuelta in Barcelona, one of the big races. The route passes closely by B4/B7 in the hills today. The most enthusiastic RLC members will cheer on the TV live streams and we'll recognize them. On topic: Or maybe not if their energy is dead.

    Yes, one obvious factor, agree. If you don't pay, you don't get quality.

    The empty beds here are bad business obviously. B4 has seen better days. Some of the tenants get away with doing very little, and some are too porn like to be interesting. RLC does have recruiting problems, we just don't know exactly why.
