    Mornin gents. Well I have good news and bad news this morning. Last night I thought I tore the cartilage in my right knee but I didn't. That's the good news. The bad news is I tore the ACL in my right knee. I have no idea how I did it. I stood up, felt a screaming pain, my knee collapsed and I dropped to the floor like a stone. Then I couldn't get up. I had to call Monica and she and her husband came and took me to the hospital. Fortunately the doctor said it is a grade 1 tear and doesn't require surgery. More good news. I now have a knee brace on and a cane to help me get around and physical therapy 3 times a week for the next 3-5 weeks and it should heal pretty well. I just have to take it very easy and not do anything to aggravate it and make it worse. I've also been cut by the Cowboys now so there goes my shot at making starting quarterback. Prescott's job is safe for now. ☹️
