    When I first got off the ground 22 years ago my attorney at the time and my CPA and myself closely looked at my short and long range goals and which organizational structure would work best for me. There were pro's and con's to LLC's and corps but the ability to raise capital through selling stocks was one of the big reasons I went with a corp. I know there were other factors like the ease of transfer of ownership if something happened to me that made incorporating a better option but I basically went with their recommendation and they both agreed that my goals would be better met by the corporation and I haven't regretted it for a moment.

    To my thinking the whole apartment is getting very boring. Vanilla sex in the dark and/or under a tent from Roza and Tom, limp attempts at sex from Belle and Nate. And it isn't just the sex. There is no interaction between the couples. When Nate and Belle are out of their room then Roza and Tom are gone or stay in their room and vice versa.

    Every single thing is 100% legit. My attorney and CPA make sure I walk a straight line. It's all to protect me personally, the corporation and the employees. It is a win win for everybody. Oh and I did exagerate a bit last night when I said my net worth wouldn't buy a case of Corona. I do have assets totally apart from the corporation but I keep it small. I get paid a salary as CEO but it's very small by my choice. Grocery, gas, vacation, clothes money, etc. I obviously can't claim the corporation owns my underwear. 😁

    Well they tried but Nate couldn't get it up even with Belle sucking it and him stroking it. He finally gave up and went in the other room. Belle wasn't happy. That's not the first time it's happened either. I think there are some issues going on that I've missed.

    Is there some trouble in Paradise with Nate and Belle that I don't know about. They aren't having sex hardly at all as far as I can see and Nate is having problems getting it up. Just a little while ago Belle was bating in bed with Nate right next to her asleep or pretending to be asleep. They just seem to be acting a lot different toward each other lately.

    Like I said there are many other reasons for incorporating. Suppliers and contractors are much more likely to schedule jobs faster and give more favorable prices to a corporation than John Doe. Corporations can raise money for improvements and new acquisitions by selling stock rather than taking bank loans. No interest. I haven't had to do that yet but I could if needed. I have employees, maintenance people, etc and the corp. pays their salaries and also provides health insurance and work comp for them which John Doe would pay a fortune for and the benefits guarantee I keep excellent employees with virtually no turnover. My attorney and my CPA could list several other reasons that I'm not thinking of at 6 am. It's nothing like offshore investing. It's just good business sense. If/when something happens to me the corporation goes on, just hiring a new CEO.

    Taxes is just a small part of it Sierra. Everybody is sue happy these days. If it's known that you have money you can bet your ass there will be a line of people trying to take it away from you. I have nothing to take. It's just smart business. There are other advantages to the corporation owning everything that I won't go into but law suits is the biggie.

    What's funny Harley is that I own absolutely nothing. LOL Everything is owned by my corporation. Even the house I live in. The corporation owns it and I rent it. My car and truck are both owned by the corporation and made available to me as President and CEO. My net worth wouldn't buy me a case of Corona. 😁 The smartest thing I ever did was get a Masters in Business Management with a major in Entrepreneurship.

    Thanks much. I'm going to call it quits with this one. Remember the old tv show Eight Is Enough? That works for me. This will be my 8th building and bring my unit count up to 96.

    Not much we can do about it except scratch our heads and laugh it off. But nobody will ever convince me it isn't views that determine it.

    Good to hear. I know you'll find the right one at the right price. I'm closing on my 8th apartment building Wednesday morning. I've been working on this one for over a month. Getting rent history reports, building inspections, haggling over the price and a ton of other things but it's almost over and I got it at the price I first offered. I wouldn't budge and I had all my ducks in a row to back up my offer.

    What am I missing here Fagen? As far as I knew there is only 1 top cam at a time and it changes frequently. Where do you see more than 1 top cam at a time.

    Just poking a bit of fun Bud. You're right, you can dream any damn way you want. We all can. I also love hearing happily married men talk about their loving wives. I had that once and miss it more than you know

    I agree completely Fagen. I have seen the top cam change as many as 3 times in just half an hour. That's not the hand of RLC. It's viewers changing to something better than they were watching.

    What are you seeing that the rest of us aren't Harley? We saw Sofie over there ONE time and haven't seen Belle with anyone else at all.
