I discovered it works "free" for thirty (30) days and then it costs - apparently one time - only a few bucks. This somehow allows Apple to read "flash" type media. It is worth the cost as flash is somewhat a standard. The Puffin browser is very fast. I think you will find it a nice addition to your IPAD. It is available for download from the "Apps" store.
