Il s'agit d'un livre intitulé "L'arc de Triomphe" de Erich Maria Remarque", né le 22 juin 1898 à Osnabrück, mort le 25 septembre 1970 à Locarno, Suisse, écrivain allemand. Le livre date de 1946 et a été adapté au cinéma en 1948 (http://www.allocine.fr/film/fichefilm_gen_cfilm=115918.html) Voici la photo original du livre, son titre et son auteur... en russe : Триумфальная арка - Эрих Мария Ремарк On connait maintenant l'un de ses auteurs préférés. MGB Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Thanks for your detective work The same author wrote "All Quiet on the Western Front" which was a bestseller and a film. This book "Arch of Triumph" although not as popular was also a bestseller and made into a film in 1948. I would say that the book is therefore a good read, but not to my taste.
