She doesn't appear to me to be disturbed in any way by the guest's presence in the apartment. In fact, she appears to me to be quite friendly with the guest...emphasis on "friendly". I don't perceive any tension on the part of Alba. I don't think Alba would be bothered at all if Diana and guest boinked in the small bedroom.
