Firstly install Simple Adblock for your browser (google it eg Adblock for IE). Most of the download icons on Mirror are links to useless kit like ILivid. Adblock filters these out, although you may have to allow some pop-ups to get through. When instructed to do so, select a host for your download & you should be able to view &/or download the file as normal.- I used Putlocker & it has worked ok. If you do temporarily allow pop-ups you will get all the crap again if you go back to download another link immediately after - but at least you should remember which are the genuine route.
