madwolf33 Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I know all cams are on 24/7 but is there a light like say in the bed room on the cam that comes on when someone is watching threw that cam and goes off when no one is watching. or do they not know if they being watched or not.

Guest bulgachica Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 They work through IR, infrared, which the human eye can't see. So they'll have an IR bulb sending out the light which is then received by the IR camera. When it gets dark it is truly dark as the people can't see the IR light sent out.
albacore Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I have noticed that lora while in bed or getting in bed while the lights are off will look right at the camera. I have noticed this a few times now and assumed that there was some indicator on the camera that it is on. Not that someone was watching but just powered.

( nano metros ) si son visibles unos puntos rojos . por encima de ese espectro van haciéndose mas invisibles a partir de 940 NM casi no se ven , pero también alumbran menos y se necesita mejores cámaras de 1º y o 2º generación , de 3º generación las tiene el ejercito que yo sepa no están al alcance de cualquiera , también hay cámaras de calor muy sofisticadas que captan el calor que desprende cualquier cosa , pero esas si son mas de película que otra cosa y solo las usan los ejércitos y policía , fíjense cuando están viendo la televisión y cambian con el mando a distancia cono se ve el led infrarrojo del mando a través de la cámara IR , LOS RAYOS INFRARROJOS tienen la particularidad de penetrar la ropa ( tejidos oscuros y que no sean de algodón ) cualquier cámara ir con un filtro IR por el día , usted podrá ver por ejem a través de los bañadores en una piscina , ( comprobado ) se lo que digo .
