pianeta5
Hi everyone! I would like to know where we stand with recording software after the changes that RLC had made in the last weeks. Something about this matter have been just discussed in another post, but I think that conclusions are not very clear. So I think that more details, suggestions and ideas can be very usefull to most of the people of this forum.
pianeta5
I've been using Tubedigger successfully in last months, but it does no more working fine. About 2 weeks ago it stopped to work, it was no more able to detect any streams from RLC. I contacted the technical support that in few hours provided an update that fixed in part the problem. Now the situation is that Tubedigger is able to record free and pay RLC feeds, but the flv videos are heavy corrupted (green bands and heavy pixelation). I recontacted the technical support, but they have answered that they are not able to fix the problems :"Sorry, but I don't know how to fix it. It seems like some amount of keyframes are absent.". :'( :'( :'( :'(
pianeta5
I know that screen capture software can be yet used successfully to record the stream, but I would try, with your help, to find, if any exist, way to record without screen campure. Guest bulgachica
Is this suggestion any good? It's late here so I'm off to bed but it seems like a good alternative: http://www.makeuseof.com/answers/download-streaming-video-wwwraitv/

Guest Moose
We are talking about a change in scripting languages here, gentlemen. Java & HTML scripting alternations are the source of the problem.
pianeta5
I've just tested Coojah and StreamTransport, no lucky! Streams are not detected. :( I tried rtmpsuck too, but it don't work anymore: stream is no more detected (perhaps dued to the changing of port number...). Anyoneelse have had found any software to record live streams (not screen capture)?????????
