Yep, Lilith, Tani in B4 are new
Ailey, Kassandra and Samson in B7
Anya and Lavika in B2
Zabava and Esmi in B1

 Tani left B4 22. August 2023 after 296 days as tenant and 12 days as guest before that

As it is a fact that Tani has been my favourite I have a wild suggestion:

Put her up in an apartment of her own and try to engage Tim to come to visit. (If he still is in Barcelona) She could also share apartment with Taylor as she is Italian and not Russian nor Ukrainian. Futhermore it would be a plus to hear them speak in english!
