The big question: Where is this apartment located?
  2. Catmaster
Have there been some problems because of the heavy rain / floodings in Barcelona to the apartments?
  3. Catmaster
We all know from the past, Smith is trouble...
  4. Catmaster
Hoping for a better couple soon.

Where is Nelly & Bogdan's ex / now again area? It's not shown in the ad.

Anyone we do not know yet? A casting party? Any old members aka repreat offenders there to join / rejoin?

Sorry, false alarm! The duplex is still available. There is a new ad running: No. 4. Is B1 cursed?
  8. Catmaster
Finally, after working together with 3 real state agents and 3 price discounts this duplex has found a new owner. May the new owner have fun there. And remember to keep their privacy even more. Peace.

Has any of the BCN apartments or houses a good view on the solar eclipse?
  10. Catmaster
RLC has not marked them as "...left the project" yet.
  11. Catmaster
There was a storm in the BCN area. How were the apartments / villas effected by this?
  12. Catmaster
@Fagen My nicknames for B7 (Doghouse) because of Bogdan's dog, and for B4 (Cathouse) because of the cat roaming through the villa on regular basis.

The villa is not on the real estate market (yet). But it is noteworthy that objects like the cathouse or doghouse are for sale or rent on the market. Obviously some by the same architects of our villas. All for a good price. I think the doghouse is too big for Bogdan's family of three. Do they still use it?

Is it good or bad Karma? She gets the suite of the cathouse. An upgrade!
  15. Catmaster
Aziza is gone, but still listed and marked as left in the logbook.😬
  16. Catmaster
Was there any official statement from RLC, like with B1, that B5 and the second villa is out of the project? Maybe they come back? These two locations aren't listed for sale or rent on real estate platforms yet.
  17. Catmaster
Shhhh....tttee!!! The Doghouse is down! 😱
  18. Catmaster
Nelly & Bogdan surely won't return because of their child, which is not allowed on cam at RLC.
  19. Catmaster
They closed 2 better off apartments and opened 2 simpler apartments in BCN. That looks like cost cuts policy. Opening new apartments in Eastern Europe are even cheeper.
  20. Catmaster
    Whos was that on RLC?
  21. Catmaster
This statement gives me some hope that RLC will last longer that some people expect. My fear was Xlife will some day replace RLC and RLC would be dropped. I do not know why Nikol & Lev are leaving. Do they just not want that kind of publicity, or is Lev not needed anymore as "supply sergeant / supply warrent officer" since B1 is out of the game?

Who's that girl resting on the couch in the living room?
  23. Catmaster
B1 isn't listed yet for sale or rent on real estate platforms. Maybe the owner will use it himself? Or an ad will follow later.

I have the sensation XLIFE was started to take someday fully over, when the Barcelona apartments are all closed. The RLC will be closed, too.
  25. Catmaster
The take-over is complete. The arrow apartment is now out of the game, too.
