    This statement gives me some hope that RLC will last longer that some people expect. My fear was Xlife will some day replace RLC and RLC would be dropped. I do not know why Nikol & Lev are leaving. Do they just not want that kind of publicity, or is Lev not needed anymore as "supply sergeant / supply warrent officer" since B1 is out of the game?

    B1 isn't listed yet for sale or rent on real estate platforms. Maybe the owner will use it himself? Or an ad will follow later.

    I have the sensation XLIFE was started to take someday fully over, when the Barcelona apartments are all closed. The RLC will be closed, too.

    The take-over is complete. The arrow apartment is now out of the game, too.

    Today, a legend has died. B1 was the first apartment setting new standards for RLC. It was and will ever be my favorite RLC apartment of all times with all of its ups and downs. If Kiko & Nora really own this place, will they rent it out privately to new tenants again, or will they sell it? Don't forget to post the obligatory "Save travels"-post! Amen & thank you so much. 😭💔🙏

    If B1 is really empty, it wouldn't be wise to put Kelly in there alone, in spite of RLC knows there wil be soon 2 more tenants there. Therefore Kelly filled the vacant spot in B2. 3 Visas expire at once? Doesn't sound convincing to me. The point is - and RLC basically knows it - you have to put the right people there to make B1 the place to be again. I miss the great old days there so much.

    Maybe this is why, RLC thinks young chicks will draw in the most subscribers. As we know back in the old days of RLC, more mature participants always had their fans. I think, this still would be that way, if RLC accepts older people on cam.

    The big bedroom plus bathroom is vacant. Who will come next? A veteran or a promising newbie? The stakes are high.
