The Wagner Group is extreme right-wing nationalist and is made up of convicted murderes and criminals taken from Russian prisons and the worse of the worse war-criminals and I fear for what they will do if they manage to get rid of Putin and take power. Don't forget Russia got Nukes and a man like the leader of The Wagner Group Jevgenij Prigosjin is a full-blown psychopath who will not end the war in Ukraine. On The contrary he is cabable of everything incl. using Nukes! 1

Nukes are essentially only for defense against invasion. I think you are a bit naive here. The Wagner Group leader belives Ukraine is Russian and he wont back down from the war against Ukraine. He just want to get rid of Putin and the heads of the Russian Army and take power himself. He is as Putin very cabable of using Nukes if it serves his agenda.
