It's the one camera that observes the entire room; the fact that you can't hear anything when selecting the best camera to observe the whole room doesn't make any sense, sometimes there is a lot of activity going on in that room and only that camera can pick it up.

Could put a mic nearer the bath area and feed it through the main cam. Even duplicating the audio from one of the bath cams and using it for the main camera also would be a better alternative than no sound at all.

Chose double camera view, one for sound, the other being cam 2-5 for view. If the water is running in the tub, sound is poor though.
