It is totally free and I can access all the free cams as you are using your PCs. Ummm...contrary to what a lot a Apple product users believe, iPhones are not the only thing that are considered "smartphones". In fact, I'm guessing there are more Android smartphones in the world than Apple smartphones...I could be wrong, though. In any case, that app is for the iPhone...not for Android. 3. Maybe iPhones are different, but with Android, you can access RLC with any browser...Opera, FF, Dolphin, etc. There is the issue with Flash support, but that's easy to deal with.
