RLC is likely trying to get people to buy their premium memberships. You put 4 girls in one apartment that most only can see in the free cams. When they go to bed and do whatever people are going to be curious what these girls are up to since they are young and new to the scene. People will by memberships. After they boost their sales the free cams will likely get closed forcing others to by a membership to keep seeing them.
