Any car looks good under diamond lights. While it looks good in pictures, it needs a steering wheel, ($3000) a dash board, it cracked, ($2500). No mention of the climate control working or not. If not, $3000. Exhaust is incorrect and the catalytic converter is missing which could void the car in many states. There were no pictures of the door panels to see if they are split. These can cost upward of $3500 each. I could go on, but why? $18,000 would be my offer and I reserve judgement upon an in person inspection . Ford on Ford, Delco on the GM's. If those aren't available, Wix or Hastings. I usually just get a case of 12 of each so that I always have the correct filter on the shelf.
