Is she "officially" a resident now?  The change log and apartment list doesn't reflect that, but they take days getting off their lazy arses to change it.

back in the good old days is was never like that.  back in the good old days all new tenants were a surprise.  now days a new tenant is brought in for several days and paraded around like a circus animal.  next thing you know she's the new tenant in one of the establishments.  no suspense, no surprise, it was better in the good old days!
