There is always the possibility of a 'Fan' i.e Subscriber hunting them down, you're not telling me that people in the past haven't tried to find places like the villa etc.

Well, you can't exclude the possibility that it was just a random person walking that specific street and looking over that specific wall. 

I would have bet money that it's a subscriber.

But who walk around with Binoculars? If they were looking at the girls, then a fan is prime suspect, if they were looking at the villa itself, a burglar. There has been previous in this of course.
