TBG 150 Posted March 22 Posted March 22 It's not stable enough in many cases. I live in hurricane alley and I see entire co-ops built out of sticks. Not a bit of concrete except for the initial floor slab. I have lots of stories on that and many construction screw-ups to keep you busy for a while. Me too, typing it all out at a hunt and peck pace. 😄 1
