Just one man's opinion. i respect your opinion/opinions on this forum! imo they will never recruit tenants that everyone will enjoy, it's impossible! with the earths population at 8.2 billion people, cut that down by a third for children under 18, then cut down by a third again for the elderly and that leaves you at approx. 2.7 billion. now cut that in half for men and that leaves 1.35 billion women. by the time they use up 1.35 billion women, the 2.7 billion youngster have now came of age and are ready for recruitment. that's all i was trying to say by saying that i fail to see the problem. i don't know if you were around when the barcelona apartments came online but at that time the length of stay for a girl was only 1-3 months. it worked well with always something new to look forward to. now days it's the same olive drab paint to look at. hey, variety is the spice of life is it not? 2

First point, I was about to do the same math with the 9640 Ukrainians, it gets small really fast, and then you still need to eliminate those who would never do it, are in mental hospitals, highly religious and so on. On the 2nd point, I think what you are suggesting is creating a farm for the raising RLC women? 🤣 now that’s a creative idea! 😜 1

On the 2nd point, I think what you are suggesting is creating a farm for the raising RLC women? 🤣 now that’s a creative idea! 😜 on your first point, i agree that 9640 ukrainians would get small fast and i contend that my numbers are not accurate, and i will say even though you are just talking about the 9640 being those that are in barcelona, there are much more than that elsewhere and who says it should just be ukrainians? why not some asians or some thai girls? why do all the girls have to speak russian/ukrainian or something of the similar? why not some pretty hispanic/mexican girls? i mean the list goes on and on. now on to your second point and my favorite lol, they have fish farms, whitetail deer farms, hog farms, and so on. i don't think it would be outlandish to consider creating an rlc farm and raising women. i need to look into finance and logistics and do some probability analysis. we could be on to something big here! 1

Sidebar - About your numbers being inaccurate. i read an article in Readers Digest a million years ago about estimating the number of Piano Tuners there are in Chicago. This is what you have done in your potential tenant estimate. I use this all the time on all sorts of things. It can work really well. Fermi’s Piano Tuners Problem. 1
