Leora is a narcissistic exhibitionist. Note the absence of tats and piercings. She values the perfection of her body too much to subject it to the abuse of childbearing. Besides, if there was a child, it would be 100% on Leora to care for it. Paul would be useless, or worse than useless as a father.
