The problem is he is the only guy on RLC so he will be seen here and there. I actually think because of hours of power outage maybe girls decided to get views from the lost time by bringing in a guy but i doubt that. Anyway he needs gone asap.

Its very likely the power is unreliable for Barcelona for now as they make repairs and bring places online. With every blackout, unless the have good UPS 's all the equipment, servers, routers etc., crash. Restarting, rebooting, clearing errors, adda yadda takes time and they might need to do this after every blackout.

It's probably because they are energizing feeder by feeder to bring back the power, hence there can be fluctuations in the power, which could mean freezing.
