peking Posted July 21 Posted July 21 have noticed what could become a serious back problem for her!!!! a medical journal stated the proper way to bend with no underwear is to spread feet apart so that the weight is not centered in one area of the spine butt 😀 is spread to other areas evenly thus preventing what could become a serious back issue some may ask, why no underwear is better? the journal stated, the underwear causes serious constraint to blood flow in the lower back. thank gawd for top of the line medical journals 1 1
