And it does not include residents interested in the 'project' (e.g. Zoe, Brianna, Annette, Florence, Dianoria, Neytiri, Nani). There is no reason to subscribe or renew. RLC is just an excuse for the word but unfortunately, it is just 'crap'. 1 1

But you know how it is, when most of their housemates have a certain vibe, it's easier for them to get influenced than the other way around. I still think the biggest problem with RLC for the past few years has been the lack of tenant rotation
