For most men, it does absolutely nothing to "feminise" them, unless them start at so young an age they can counteract the impact of testosterone on their body's development. 9 times out of 10 any man who lives as if a woman and somewhat passes for one in his appearance has had multiple surgeries to completely change the bone structure of his face. It isn't the hormones, it's the jaw shaving and the nose jobs. Some are luckier and happen to have been born with softer more feminine-like facial features. But the vast majority still look very much male, just with a traditionally feminine haircut and a bit of lipstick. 1 2
