At the end of the day if RLC sees fit in rehiring a former tenant 'who may I add' has to apply to rejoin then RLC will do as they please and will have the final say over anything of course. They obviously see something that we don't with approving former participants to rejoin over and over ...unless they actually don't fucking see what we see as they haven't even tagged Buki as being away for 2 weeks now unless he's expired. 1
