So my take, Elli wants Leech, Leech not want the aprtment, Elli like the appartment, lose Sayn less money so keep Sayn, money and apartment and sneak off with Leech.

Pretty much how i read it, yes.....Sayn is = Partner for the apartment, for the job, for the money.

Soon as she meets someone she is more attracted to (Leech) That's where she wants to be.

But Leech doesn't want RLC.....

2 choices - Stay with Sayn as a 'Job', leave Sayn and spend all your time outside.....
