I'm sure he signed his rights away as far as being able to collect directly from RLC but I bet Elli didn't have him sign a waiver of any kind. 2 1

RLC named them both as apartment tenants, so they are both employees, Sayn would have been getting paid. 2

desinc Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 That sounds like an assumption... not a fact. This has always been Elli's apartment and roommates have come and gone. It would be logical that RLC contracts with one "primary" tenant unless there is a marriage involved. Otherwise when the relationship blows up the primary stays and the roommate has no contractual rights and leaves.

At this rate, the only thing left for Elli to do is pack his things HERSELF, leave them by the door and say 'Get Out'. He doesn't look like going voluntarily....
