Elvis had other women too.  Medusa was only a couple times in the apartment, with Masha's knowledge, sort of.  They continued on after Masha went to sleep the first time.  After those first couple, Medusa had a falling out with Masha and she would go to Elvis' instead.

 Their relationship required drugs to understand.  Pretty sure it was just an open relationship.  Masha screwed others every now and then too, not as much as Elvis did though.  Masha got her kicks off the bubble baths with naked friends, I think.

I've read more about this apt. than look at and in the line of thought with @ddhm about paraphrasing here, what did he possibly do to kick start this whole thing, end of paraphrasing lol.
