After listening to so many of Elli's conversations over the last few weeks. She told Leech what she makes from RLC every month in "net income". Based upon her figures it seems she gets the lions share of the compensation with the rent and utilities being deducted from her compensation. What Sayn receives, if anything, couldn't be much more then having a rent free apartment to come home to every day.

As long as you have this information , it explains a lot but it isn’t - to be honest - of my concern , their lives and the deal it is what it is for them . 
 

I will only make a comment regarding the information that the members here manage to decode and gather . Elli has been criticized - HEAVILY - that she was hiding , she did a lot off cameras and bla bla . With the information you reveal , plus the open on cameras sex , the phonecalls , I can not REALLY believe the people who say that she’s hiding . These are all sensitive information and Elli gives us access to understand even a bit more . Now , this is an HONEST , RLC RESPECTFUL and definitely NOT HIDING tenant . My applause for Elli 👏🙏

... or she's just too lazy to be bothered to get up and go somewhere with privacy. She does plenty to hide from the microphones by blasting so called music from that portable speaker directly at the camera closest to to her while she's on the phone.

Of course she has things to hide. And that's normal. Her problem is that as soon as she drinks, she completely loses her inhibitions and does whatever comes to mind.

This is by no means a cure all but it may help with audio with the terrible mics in this apt

Yeah, Elli isn’t off the hook for the start of this thing, but life is not that cut and dry. I think you mentioned, I know I have, she doesn’t look that far ahead, she deals with things as they happen. She is not an evil genius. Also it kind of seems, based on a comment yesterday, that she realizes Sayn can’t be thrown out in the streets and is possibly doing what she can to accommodate him somehow. I’m sure if she could make it all go away she would but in the mean time she is trying to negotiate the situation the best she ‘knows how’. Maybe the only way she knows how.
