How could RLC trust a tenant that has problems already with 3 others and moving her in an apartment with only one Spanish speaking and the rest being difference language and culture ? No matter speaking some of the best English I have heard from a Spanish language speaker , it would be a major risk to have her there . Maybe the best would be to give her one chance by moving her in B2 , if she doesn’t manage there , then the exit sign should be shown to her . Quote

I am not a “ father “ so I don’t have the best knowledge to speak about this but most of my friends are and all I can say is that as soon as the son / daughter feels that the parents trust him / her no matter if they do also mistakes at times , this is then the time that you don’t need to worry that they are going to have troubles in life . Trust between children / parents , it simply shows that a parent has managed to grow up the child in good ways . 1 Quote
