Lunette made it perfectly clear to Gelia... it's about respect. No one respected their private space and their belongings. I can see why they're upset about the wine, that's probably the nicest bottle of wine they've ever had and some drunk bitch comes along, with her dick of the day, and guzzles it down. I'd be pissed too. 

Most of us here are older and know in the grand scheme of things this means very little and one day they will laugh about it. But right now... for these two young girls, they feel disrespected in their own home and by someone they considered close friend. They'll get over it on their own time frame... not anyone else's.

Please check the bold quotes of your post .

We don’t know the outcome of a talk if we simply avoid it . In my eyes , Lunette and Ada AVOIDED the confrontation with Kaya . You want to say it was disrespect ? Ok . Or name it as you also want or interpret it as you lIke . I saw the good friend and housemate ( Gelia ) appearing to have this solved ( if possible ) and if not , ok , face the consequences . BUT FACE TO FACE . I think this was really good from Gelia and Kaya . I don’t agree with the reaction of the couple .

 

AGAIN .. it is MY OPINION and I would do as Gelia , you have a different one and you wouldn’t do as so , let’s move on 😇 . I just ALWAYS and FOREVER believe in the “ art of discussion “ to try and solve a problem . I will accept any outcome when a dialogue occurs but the solution isn’t found .

I'm sure Gelia let Kaya know exactly how upset they were. You would think she would at least try to be respectful of their time and feelings. 

Maybe she should of sent a text first saying... Hey I really made a mess of things and I know you're upset. I'd like to come by for a chat and try and make things right with everyone... Please let me know when would be a good time and I'll pop over?

It was said during last night's talks that Gelia had been asked not to bring Kaya to the apartment again - Gelia saw the message, then walked through the door with Kaya anyway. Whether Kaya being present was steered by Gelia or Kaya herself wasn't explained. But Lun and Ada reacted so poorly to Kaya turning up because they had explicitly requested it not happen. No matter how good the intentions were with Kaya going to B5, she shouldn't have been there if Lun and Ada had asked that she not be. Her presence was too much, too soon. Lun and Ada wanted to talk it all out with Gelia first.

Kaya seems to have a habit of making enemies and the only person that's stuck by her is Liora. Whilst the drama was good for views 'although unpleasant at the same time' I think if Kaya's name crops up again if any complaints have been made then she will be history.

Just a question. Who are they to demand a tenant like them to stop bringing their friend over? If the rule comes from the management I can understand. But Ada and Lunette have to authority to decide who Gelia should bring home or not, even if that person is Kaya. I don't see what gives them that authority

Lun & Ada met Kaya once. If someone you barely know is letting themselves into your room without permission, while you aren't there, and while nobody is supervising them, and while they're in the company of someone you know even less than them, you're allowed to be wary of that person ever being in your apartment again and wish that it never happens. Kaya shattered the trust in her before she ever really built any up, and is therefore now a person who will give L&A no peace of mind if ever inside their home again. They're entitled to communicate this to Gelia. And a considerate roommate would honour the wish for the sake of harmony. That's how co-existing works. It's a game of give and take.

Prior to all of this, L&A had told Gelia she was free to do as she pleases in the apartment since she lives there too. There weren't any restrictions on her re: guests or why they might come over. L&A were just of the expectation that "feel free to do whatever you please" stops at their bedroom door and that Gelia would understand L&A's bedroom wasn't part of the playground. She did in fact understand this, because she offered Kaya the use of every room except L&A's. Her mistake therefore was in trusting and expecting that Kaya understood L&A's wishes enough to respect them. Gelia still remains free to do as she pleases in the apartment - so long as it doesn't involve Kaya being there. Any other guest, for any purpose at all remains fine. But Kaya specifically is a no.

L&A have every right to be feeling the way they do.

Once again, Kaya has done whatever she wants, used people's trust and left a trail of destruction behind her....Something which is now a common trait.

When girls in THREE different apartments fall out with THE SAME tenant, i can see a pattern emerging.....There has to be something in that.

This is all riveting but I only have one thought about all this: Kaya's visit was the first time I've watched this apartment in ages. Now that L&A have forbid Gelia to bring any other guests, I can't imagine I'll watch this apartment until L&A finally leave for good.

No, that's wrong - They clearly said Gelia can have guests - It is just Kaya who they don't want there because of what happened. If Kaya had taken that guy back to her own place she would have had the same amount of views and without all this trouble caused.

Assuming they get bonuses for this, it should go to B5, then
- Kaya gets stiffed as in no reward. 
- Gelia can buy the wine with her share
- L&A can buy a lock for their door.

I'm not sure, but i think Lunette said they don't want guests. I guess she meant THEY wouldn't be bringing guests, because they are nobody to forbid Gelia from bringing her friends, but, in my opinion, telling such thing... they are sugesting Gelia that even her guests are not welcomed to the appartment.
