I once overheard Ni talking to her client. RLC pays 4,000 reais or 721 dollars per month using the current exchange rate for Xlife participants, plus a percentage for subscribers viewing the apartment. I don't know the fixed rates for RLC. Nor do I know if the rates are the same for all countries.

If i remember rightly the lead up - IF - There had been some big row, and Charlotte had left in a huff, and Martin then took these pills mixed with beer, very clearly on cam. He then texted her to tell her what he'd done, and soon the Police were on the balcony hammering away at the window, with no response. Finally Charlotte got there and when she entered with the cops, she let out this deafening scream as martin was slumped over at his desk. 

Off he went to hospital, and we all expected that's it as far as the apt goes....24 hours later, it's back online as if nothing happened.....

....Which is exactly why i make this comparison here.....Kaya is a little interested, while Liora basically looks Asexual. It's so far just been tease mixed with a little bit of this and that.

As was said , this problem began when the war started . The hiring of locals , personally I was very much supporting it . I thought we could see the circle of friends they have already visiting them , new faces , social life and gatherings , parties and fun . I was so so so wrong . It has never felt “ real life , real home , real job “ the living in the RLC apartment ls for any local , speaking mostly the ones that have apartments in Barcelona , the ones who came from other Spanish cities , they were much better , but they have been very few .
 

I can now understand and easily say , admitting my mistake , how great it was when they were bringing the Russians / Ukrainians , most of them were “ virgins “ in Barcelona , they HAD TO adjust and adapt , make new friends to discover the city , the people, the culture . And alongside those “ discoveries “ , it would come the fun and the “ adventures “ , we got to know local guys who some of them “ found out “ about the project and became even tenants ( Bruno for example aka Curly ) , thy found out RLC by girls who came to work for RLC from either Russia or Ukraine , also Moldova and Belarus .  
 

In any case , it is more than clear that the war has affected much the project , they had the idea to possibly go against one of their “ NOT TO DO RULES “ , that is to hire Spanish speaking people but the difference of culture hasn’t worked either , that’s why they isolated the two different cultures , except Dominga who is FANTASTIC and managed to make it , maybe because she has the support of her female lover , it is questionable what happens when she goes and i don’t think RLC will send her in B1 to be with Jen and Vivi.

 

RLC NEEDS to show that they are THE BOSS , that there can’t be stupid immature childish behaviors , put some sense in the mind of the tenants , otherwise , do as recently ( a year and a half ago ) by sending notifications that if they continue NOT RESPECTING the contracts they have signed , they will be fired .But when the NUMBER 1 problem is CLEARLY not being able to find people to inhabit your apartments , there’s not much to talk rather than say that RLC is in a one of dead end , the attention also to support and keep open a site like XLife and especially with apartments who also work in completely different time zones , meaning that they need people to at least monitor 24/7 for any major incidents so as to cut the feed, well , RLC has also made mistakes to have this current situation in their Number 1 city investment , Barcelona . 

I completely agree. My only concern is that when Jen arrived at the apartment, Vivi told her that her application took two years to be processed, and that by the time they called her to participate in the project, she didn't even remember applying. Meanwhile, Jen mentioned that Vivi had a friend who introduced her to RLC.

And now it seems they can't find anyone to fill the vacancies, but it could be because this is a time when people have their end-of-year plans.

I remember a Spanish girl who was in B2 and worked as a stripper in a Barcelona nightclub. She wanted to do either the master's program in B2 or B5, but in the end, RLC didn't offer her either, and she ended up leaving. I thought she was good for this type of project, but it seems RLC wasn't happy with her.

In short, I'm having trouble understanding RLC's business objective. Are they just changing CEOs or administrators

For me, the worst thing I've seen is when Nadia invited a Spanish girl who arrived drugged and almost died in the apartment. She never seemed upset; she's probably seen a lot of that, but I think that was the last time she invited someone over.

That's very common. The other day they started a party in B4 and since the internet went out right at the beginning, the party ended. Two hours later there was nobody there.
