Brandon can definitely say that he had a woman that the majority here wanted to see just when she was about to leave , Jen . He had Ivy just before she leaves . He had the BEST possible  sex he could imagine with Aya . For sure he could do more  as a single tenant but he has been a guy enjoying with his own terms .
