What a horrible match of room mates. I thought it might work when it was just Feya but then Vanya jumped on board which makes me think it wasn’t part of the original plan. Possible a surprise to L&A.

I'm glad Vanya jumped on board ...he seems like a cool guy and he and Feya seem happy. I'd shed a few tears if L&A though ...tears of laughter. How TF have RLC kept them two and got rid of D&S ...they must be blind at RLC HQ, or they've employed Stevie Wonder as HR Manager.

I think it is safe to say that the problem in this apartment is the lesbian couple , I mean it has been mentioned since RLC decided to give them a shared apartment only for them to consider it “ their own “ . 
 

1) Zero to disaster coexistence with Louis and Enrique , not even talking to them despite having  shared the apartment for 3 months .

2) Lunette looking “ sad “ losing her “best “friend  Gelia because she decided ( Gelia ) to bring in B5 during their absence ( Lunette and Ada ) on holidays a girl ( Kaya ) that brought CRAZY LIFE in the apartment with the famous “ sex incident “ in their bedroom - yes , a very wrong move and a mistake - who both tried to apologize on a “ going ballistics “ and cursing Ada . 
 

3) New couple , same things , hardly ever talking and sharing things , what a disaster .
 

RLC CONTINUES giving them free rental , salary and benefits when ( in my opinion ) they hurt RLC rather than bringing any good things watching . Nearly nobody talks about them even here at the forum , I wonder who even watches them , Lunette has changed so much while Ada has dragged her in her own world , isolated , no friends , unsocial ( how more alive she was when she was a villa girl ) . 

 

RLC wanted to have a lesbian couple because it “ sells “ subscriptions , but more boring and indifferent for the viewers I can’t think in B5’s history . At the same time , RLC fires Dominga and Simonne , Chili , Savaira , girls that looked happy and enjoying the project . B5 will become the party place again when this disastrous choice couple of girls either quit or RLC sends them away.

That man was a violent pervert. There was good reason for keeping distance. The failure of B5 during that period was entirely on Louisa and Enrique and their nightmare roommate behaviour. Things were so bad that RLC intervened. You might be right that nobody posts about L&A, but they did and do have their viewers, and I was one during the months when this apartment was shared with L&E. You missed a lot of happenings that explain why L&A kept to their bedroom.

Louisa and Enrique stayed for 3 months , I think if it was really difficult for Ada and Lunette , RLC would have “ fired “ them quite earlier . I admit that I don’t watch this apartment as often as I used to do when it was more “ social “ with people visiting and quite lots of happenings , in general I don’t watch apartments just to see couples having sex , after a certain time it becomes a repeated procedure and it gets boring . But in general , I think the majority will agree that since these two girls became tenants in B5 , the apartment has become unwatchable ( apart from sex i repeat for whoever is interested to see two completely isolated and unsocial girls ) .

You're looking at this wrong. Lun & Ada were perfectly fine up at B4 and while at B1. Not a problem to speak of. Ada especially is one of the more naturally social tenants on RLC. If they were fine before getting to B5, then the problem is with B5. Specifically, it is with the roommate combinations that RLC keeps putting together.

The place was never going to work with Louisa & Enrique. At best, lesbian couple + straight couple is a dynamic that will produce "harmonious co-existance". But L&E being as they were prevented even that much. RLC have once again stuck a straight couple in with L&A. It's not going to produce anything but casual conversation when passing each other in the kitchen. This isn't the fault of the tenants. They don't choose who they live with - RLC does. And right now RLC either can't or won't find the right tenants to house with L&A.

L&A do need to leave by this point. But not because of who they are. It's best that they go because RLC doesn't know how use them or care to do it well. Gelia should have worked, and it largely was working until Kaya blew through. Now L&A have a third set of roommates no more suitable/functional than the previous two, and are very evidently sick of being at the mercy of RLC's terrible apartment management. B5 is unwatchable because RLC are making it so.

Ada is a bully, always complaining about everything and about everybody. She's only comfortable while she's all alone with Lunette. Gelia made a mistake, right, but the way she treated her was worth to be banned forever on RLC. I'm pretty sure there is nobody on RLC management who speaks spanish, even a little bit. If so, since that day Ada would be off the project.

But Ada and Lunette have been living alone in this apartment for a very long time before RLC bringing Gelia for a short period . Ada I haven’t seen interacting with anyone , Lunette was really nice while in B4 with the other girls , she would spend time with them , interacting and socializing . After her journey and partially RLC  firing her  , coming back in B1 and being rehired , started her “ quality decrease “ with her RLC presence . I am trying to think if they have participated all this time in any villa event . 
 

I agree that the decision of RLC having two different  sexually oriented couples is difficult to work but I believe - for example - if Dominga and Simonne would be moved there , Ada and Lunette would get issues with the dog , the party attitude and more “ liberal “ and crazy lifestyle of the two Latinas. Of course I might be wrong , but that’s what I think . As a conclusion , I think that if you want to co exist with other people , you try to find common means of communication. They could for sure cook diner once and share a wine or PlayStation , perhaps someone suggests to watch a movie , really simple  , small steps . On the other hand , it might be also a problem of the new arrived couple but as I said , they were for such a long time alone on the apartment and we saw ZERO people visiting them . 
 

I think this couple and these two girls aren’t RLC material Barcelona apartment girls . They aren’t “ alive “ , no fun to watch , just to see something that will make me think “ come on , let’s watch this now “ .

I will also say that Lunette’s “ degrade “ and isolating from the others has started since Ada moved officially with her . It is like Lunette copying Ada’s lifestyle , no friends and just home ( it is like we watch Leora and Paul in Barcelona apartment / lesbian version ) . Girls who don’t laugh - generally people - that look mostly serious and without having simple fun apart from when having sex , I can’t get “ connected “ so as to sit back and even look 5 minutes of a possible daily routine of them.

L&A just need their own apt. and be in their own eh  it's very clear they don't/can't share space very well for some reason.
