I don't like to negatively critique a tenant's looks unless its self inflicted, like fake boobs and inflated lips. My bad.

I realize when one announces that I don't negatively critique a tenants looks, I have set myself up for being a hypocrite. 🤣 Let me modify that, I USUALLY don't negatively critique....😄
