I ordered a Prime Rib, loaded baked tater and a house salad. The salad and the potato were great. However the Prime Rib was tough, dry and overdone. I ordered rare. I didn't say a thing. I ate it, along with everything else, paid the bill and left with the group. I didn't create a scene where the police had to be brought in.

Did I like it? Not really. Will I send food back having worked in more than a few kitchens in my life? No way. Eat it, shut up and go about your merry way and just don't go back. Businesses count on repeat customers. You don't go back, they close the doors. Simple!
