Watching that clip when the 4 visitors arrive (according to my translator) the guy in the blue shirt asks Dayana when it is that the BF and her are moving out of the apartment, to which she replies January time.

No idea where they are moving to or if they will stay online, the guy was simply asking as the couple stood by the door could be interested in renting it and moving in, nothing to suggest they would be on Xlife.
