Target is playing the LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG Smart game.  When they see you stealing the first time they put you into the system and monitor each time you come back to steal more. When your thefts total above a $1000.00 then they get you with FELONY THEFT instead of a petty misdemeanor 🤣
