I believe they do. But they do what ever they want with no repercussions. So to me it's clear that RLC is ok with all that. Only some subscribers that are unhappy. 

This is why I defend that it's their fault. They live their lives as they want. My point is that, their lives isn't very interesting. Specially because they live most of it off camera. 

Just look at their BDs. Esmi had one early this month. It was nice the cake in the morning, but no celebration in the apartment? Uly took, or was taken, to a restaurant to celebrate and is missing for days. Why not call her friends to also celebrate in the apartment? All we will watch is her in her bed healing for days from the substances that she took.

Yes,exactly. That is what I was trying to say. They could have celebrated her birthday here in the apt, so we could enjoy that. But they don't give a fuck about us and RLC is apparently OK with that.

Zabava said on a facetime call to her friend (in English) when her current apartment first came online that she was getting a payment which helped with the rent (which meant she could afford the apartment) for live streaming the apartment 24/7 (she also told her friend that the cams hadn't been switched on yet, (err yes they were 🙄) 

She went on to say she would get extra payments if the apartment was popular with viewers, when asked by her friend what she meant, Zab replied by saying, I can get extra if more people watch when maybe I dance, we have a party, that type of thing, She didn't mention sexual content until the friend asked if the camera was in every room, at which point she went to her bedroom and showed her the cams and said, yes in here too, I don't like that part so much. 

How much she got, weather it was per person, how much bonus or how the bonus was paid wasn't discussed.

On the basis of that call I do think that only girls and boys in B1, B2, B4, B5, B7 and the current (Aziza and Aya apartment) live for free and get paid a (basic) wage which makes sense given they are 'On Vacation' apartments while the others are permanent homes.

Do people really think that Tibor and Linda, Leora and Paul etc. have been living for free and getting paid (excluding bonus) for all the years they have been on RLC?  I'm sure Leora doesn't bate 24/7 just for fun.

The huge reduction in girls performing for the cam (including Leora by all accounts) may well be as suggested by others a result of changes to the bonus except for those in B2, B4 etc.

When Z and E came back online I thought, Oh! Zabs has nicked the best bedroom again, I'm surprised Esmi is happy about that, but now I think if RLC were in full control then Esmi would have expected it to be her turn. But no Zab took it.

In both apartments that H & U have shared H has had the best bedroom, the same for Z & E, Z has had the best BR both times, to me it suggests that they have the taken the best room because they are the tenant in control of the RLC deal and the others are a guest. 

As an aside has anyone ever wondered why it is it the Olivia has so many clothes stored in the spare bedroom at H & U's place when she has never lived there on camera?  Wasn't she last on cam as a RLC tenant in B4 a couple of years before then? It seems very strange to me that RLC would move and store her stuff in an apartment they have control of when she isn't on the payroll.

No free bog rolls get delivered either 💩

So, from what I got listing and translating conversations I understood this. The girls H&U and E&Z have the apartment and utilities bills in their names. RLC gives them the money so they can pay for it. I believe that RLC also gives them a salary because E&Z doesn't work and they still send money to their parent in Ukraine. Last year Esmi was talking with Dipshit about taxes. Dipshit asked if she was getting paid as much as Zabava. Esmi told him that she gets 800 per month, Diphit said that Zab was getting 1,5k. But at that time Zab and Dipshit where already having sex on cam. 

About the room. For coincidence, in both apartments Esmi arrived from a trip. Last year was from Bali and this year from Ukraine. In both times Zabava arrived in the apartment first and took the best bedroom because she had a BF. Both tie Esim complained that Zab took first and she was the one that should get that apartment. 

My theory is the girl felt a difference in the bonus because in the past is on viewership and now is a percentage of the Reals spend. Like on CB, is said that the girls get $0.05 per token. In RLC I believe that they get about $0,10 per minute that a subscriber saves in his collection.

Thanks for your insight, those figures suggest that apartments cost more per person than B4 etc. unless they pay them a lot more than has been suggested by others in the past.

I know you have said before about them getting bonus money based on Reels so out of curiosity how many CC posters buy them and is that on a regular basis?

I know I got a load of tokens for free when I first took a 12m membership but don't recall getting them a 2nd time, I have a shorter renewal now so don't get any so unsure if they are still given out. In the last 18m I have spent 10 euros on Reels Tokens and still have a good amount of that left.

When de Royal Chat was created members could share their stats. I've seen many guys sharing 2-6 days worth of recordings from Savaria and Chilli. Those stats weren't only from the apartments, but also the rooms. Chilli and Sav here the girls with most scenes saved in the collections. 

I've asked Gemini to do the math of how many subscribers has to save from a  girl that does a 20 min bate for 6 days so she could get $2k per month. The response was that it was needed 1.667 subscribers.
