I can’t really tell, I only pop in. I could see that, maybe it was Sydney’s idea to join. At some point presumably they’ll realize it’s less work to just be themselves and it’s not that big of a deal. But as Xarvaz said, at some point they might just be gone. I hope it works out, but I prefer them to be a little more cheerful.

Yes, my observation is that perhaps they feel a touch overwhelmed, almost as if they bit off more than they could chew. But I am still optimistic that, over time, they will settle in and become more relaxed. And hopefully surprise us with some nice touches.

That place is very small, it’s like a goldfish bowl to them I am sure. Also they may feel lots of pressure if they have seen what goes on in their RLC neighbours places and think they need to fuck like rabbits or swap partners etc, which they surely don’t need to. 
‘I wonder if they read CC, they must know it exists.

Unless they have an account, they can't. I strongly believe that none of the tenants ever talked to them about what to do in the apartment.

They clearly have met previously, and very likely on several occasions.  Also as there was no introduction of Aya, they likely had met her previously as well.  As noted upthread, today's meeting seemed designed to explain administrative matters, perhaps including payments and how one can increase one's income.  They spent considerable time reviewing papers and occasionally asking questions of Sasha.

 

Sydney briefly visited A & M's apartment on Wednesday, she also knocked on D & S's apartment door, if you keep watching you will see Sacha's reflection in the balcony window, that said it's clear they had met before then too.
