Windows Media Player can stream this vid but only display a distortion !!! ( Format check MP4 but cannot play MP4 ???) Any suggestion ? Thx .

Use GOM Player or VLC. Those are both freeware media players. GOM has two different programs...one for video files, the other for audio files. VLC just plays damned near everything.
