No attachment center, did I miss the fix?

I don't see any icons to get to the attachment center, but I am a paid member.  Did I miss some kind of fix?

Maybe so. It should be on the home ribbon at the top, in between "Help" and "Search." If you just paid, it sometimes takes some time to update the system. Send a message via the PM system to Admin, and include the email you registered under.
