Sitting down for a full dinner at early midnight. Digesting that would take a long time. Never go to sleep on a full stomach!!! Well unless you are pissed and just had a late night takeaway!!!

It's not uncommon to have a nap (siesta) during the day, working late and then staying up late when it's less hot.
